Power Connector

This Power Connector is supplied as modular, high-current housings rather than one fixed assembly. The pictured bodies carry silver-plated contact sockets for the main power path and gold-plated signal pins for the auxiliary lines, so a builder can stock each housing type and assemble the mix the application needs. It is specified for 30KW and 40KW charging modules that conform to the State Grid interface, and the same design carries over to UPS power supply, communication power, and photovoltaic energy-storage systems. Its State Grid charging-module interface offers strong compatibility with enclosures already built around that footprint.

Contact System

Power flows through a crown-spring contact structure, which keeps contact resistance low and maintains consistent pressure across the mating face. Power is terminated on the plug by welding the pins to a curved board; the socket instead uses a straight crimping structure on a 16 mm² cable. Signal contacts are terminated with a solder and crimp construction. Keeping the high-current path and the control path distinct means servicing one contact group does not disturb the other. After the housings are engaged, the floating screw permits a float of ±0.65mm so the connection stays aligned inside a dense rack.

The Power Connector's linked applications are Telecom, Electric Vehicles, and Energy Storage & Battery Testing.
