Jack & Pin

This Jack & Pin contact set is a new-energy electric vehicle connector built around silver-plated right-angle PCB power connector blocks with internal canted coil spring contacts and a mating pin. The right-angle block layout lets the contact sit flush on the printed circuit board, while the internal canted coil spring ring maintains a consistent wiping force on the mating pin across repeated charge cycles. Each block is machined from brass or T2 copper and finished in silver plating to match the pin side of the pair. As part of the PIN Type / Precision Pin Jacks category, it shares the precision-turning line with the industrial jacks listed further below.

Specifications

The contact set is offered in the standard configuration covering pin jack sizes of 3mm; 6mm. Plating is silver over brass or T2 copper. Both plating and materials can be customized according to customer requirements, and individual current levels can be tailored to the connector design instead of being fixed at one value.

Applications and options
