Description
This two-pin connector is supplied as a mated male and female pair, with the high-current contact carried on a canted coil spring ring that keeps pressure on the pin through the full circumference. The compact two-pin form follows the XT60&90 layout used for battery power links, and the photographed pair shows the canted coil spring ring seated between the two-pin high-current connector halves. It is produced for EV charging and battery power-link applications. The two-pole arrangement keeps polarity unambiguous in the battery pack, where the connector is inserted and removed by hand, and the ring and two-pin layout are matched at the factory so the pair drops into the battery link it serves without further fitting.
Specifications
The two-pin connector uses silver-plated brass or T2 copper and matches pin jack sizes 1.58mm; 2.8mm; 3.6mm; 3mm; 6mm. The mated halves are supplied as a matched pair so the ring's contact geometry is fixed at assembly, and plating and materials can be customized according to customer requirements.
Applications
The connector is linked to Electric Vehicles and Micro-mobility, where the two-pin pair carries power in e-bike, scooter and light-EV battery links as well as vehicle charging. Industry-use connector jacks are also available in sizes 1.5/3/5.7/6/8/9.07/10/12/14/15/16/18/20/22mm -28mm, individual current levels can be customized to customer needs, and shielding springs in 35mm2, 50mm2, 75mm2, 90mm2 support quick shielding interfaces.
