Electrical Connection

This electrical connection is a gold-plated pin and jack contact set for EV charging connectors, shown in the photograph. It is the socket side of the connection: jacks are available for the full set of charging connectors, in the five pin sizes listed below. The pins and jacks arrive as a matched gold-plated set, ready for assembly into the charging connector. Silver is the listed standard plating; gold-finished sets are also produced, as the photograph shows. The five pin jack sizes are the same ones listed below.

Specifications

Pin jack sizes: 1.58mm; 2.8mm; 3.6mm. 3mm; 6mm. 3mm; 6mm. All five sizes share the same brass or T2 copper body material. Plating silver; material brass, T2 copper. Plating and materials can be re-specified on request without changing the pin sizes. No part numbers are listed; sizes are specified by the connector program.

Connector Applications

The set covers the three regional charging specifications, so one product line addresses them all. One connector family carries its own trio of jack sizes, while the others share the same pair. Each regional connector family is served by its own dedicated jack sizes, all produced in the same facility. The product is linked to electric vehicles, high-speed rail, energy storage and battery testing, and industrial and robotics equipment, where the same brass and T2 copper socket family is applied across platforms.
