Description
This electrical connection is the gold-plated pin and jack set shown in the product photograph, made for the EV charging connector families. The connections come in two pin-size groups: 1.58mm; 2.8mm; 3.6mm and 3mm; 6mm, so one product line covers the full spread of charging-connector sizes. Each connection mates a pin with a matching jack, as the photographed set shows. Both size groups are built on the same brass and T2 copper bodies and finished in silver or gold plating. The pairing of pin and jack is the defining detail for this connection type.
Specifications
Pin jacks run 1.58mm; 2.8mm; 3.6mm and 3mm; 6mm. Five pin jack sizes cover the full charging connector range between them, from the 1.58mm position to the 6mm position. The standard finish is silver plating over brass or T2 copper, and plating and materials can be customized to the customer's requirements.
Applications
Applications linked to this product are electric vehicles, high-speed rail, energy storage and battery testing, and industrial and robotics equipment, drawing on the same socket family used in new energy vehicle charging hardware, rail power and energy storage test benches. Customization covers both plating and materials, and the set can be supplied in the finishes agreed at design review.
